What will you be doing?
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen.
You work with fresh ingredients and ensure the preparation of various dishes according to our standards.
Tasks and responsibilities:
– preparing ingredients yourself.
– application of basic cooking techniques.

– providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods.
– responsible for stock and order management.
– technically supervising assistant(s)

Job requirements
– MBO 3 working and thinking level
– demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

What do we offer?
Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (in accordance with the Hospitality CLA — Job Group V)
