Throughout the 5-month tuition period, you attend classes once a week, always on the same day of the week.
Classes are used for practice only, so there is no sitting in a classroom listening to teachers, but always cooking and learning by doing. The Junior Chefs course teaches you all about the Big 5. These are the most important basic kitchen skills.
The program is divided into 5 modules:
Module 1. Topic: Cutting and cooking techniques
Module 2. Topic: Broths, soups, and gravy
Module 3. Topic: Making and preparing compositions
Module 4. Topic: Egg-based sauces, vinaigrettes, and mayonnaise
Module 5. Topic: Review of basic techniques
