Special news for our not Dutch speaking friends. In 2019 the Horeca Academie was the first Chefs academie to offer their Professional Chefs education in English. At that time many restaurants approached us with the request for well-trained chefs. We were also increasingly approached by non-Dutch students who were eager to be trained as chefs. Since then we are offering the Professional Chefs program at the Horeca Academie in The Hague and at our location in Amsterdam.
Mentor in Hospitality training
The demand for English-language programs increased as we became more visible to non-Dutch potential students. Following that, we introduced the Professional Culinary Course and the English Barista training. Now the time has come for all of these well educated chefs and Barista’s to learn how to guide students during their apprenticeship in their training companies in the Hospitality industry. Chefs Clinic
On top of the Mentor in Hospitality we’ve got a lot of questions about our Clinics, So on popular demand, we have planned our first 10 Chefs Clinic at our Horeca Academie in Amsterdam.
At the Horeca Academie, you can learn the basic techniques of the culinary profession and also get acquainted with the preparation of exceptional dishes. So if you do not want to become a professional chef, but you do want to learn how to cook like one, this course is for you! Read more
Speciaal nieuws voor onze niet-Nederlandstalige vrienden. In 2019 was de Horeca Academie de eerste koksacademie die hun opleiding voor professionele chef-koks in het Engels aanbood. Destijds benaderden veel restaurants ons met de vraag naar goed opgeleide koks. We werden ook steeds vaker benaderd door niet-Nederlandse studenten die graag opgeleid wilden worden als chef-koks. Sindsdien bieden we het programma Professionele Chef-koks aan op de Horeca Academie in Den Haag en op onze locatie in Amsterdam.
Leermeester training in het Engels
De vraag naar Engelstalige opleidingen nam toe naarmate we zichtbaarder werden voor potentiële niet-Nederlandse studenten. Als gevolg daarvan introduceerden we de Professionele Culinaire Cursus en de Engelse Barista-training. Nu is de tijd gekomen voor al deze goed opgeleide chef-koks en barista’s om te leren hoe ze studenten kunnen begeleiden tijdens hun leertraject in trainingsbedrijven in de horecabranche. Chefs Clinic
Bovenop de Mentor in Hospitality hebben we veel vragen gekregen over onze Clinics. Dus op populaire vraag hebben we onze eerste 10 Chefs Clinics gepland bij onze Horeca Academie in Amsterdam.
