Purchase conditions training
After purchasing the training you have 14 days to change your mind, during which you can cancel or rebook the training free of charge.
Canceling or rebooking 4 weeks or earlier before the start of the training costs € 25 (administration costs).
In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the training, we charge the full amount. You may send a friend/colleague. Please let us know in advance.
For a rebooking within 4 weeks before the start of the training, we charge € 87.50.
Rebooking an exam within 7 days before the start of the exam costs € 205,-
We already book exam places and confirm these 7 days in advance.
All the above prices are exclusive of VAT.
If a training course cannot take place due to too few participants, we will let you know at least two weeks in advance. We would be happy to work with you to find a solution.
